Cecilia also discusses the new Halloween film, Hereditary, James Bond, and Searching; a new thriller shot from the point-of-view of smartphones and computer screens.

Rachele and Cecilia discuss all the latest cinema offerings, including, Jason Statham's mission to rid the ocean of a 75- foot shark in The Meg, as well as Spike Lee's latest, BlacKkKlansman; the incredible true story about an African-American detective who sets out to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan. Cecilia discusses Paris, Texas director Wim Winders' new film, Submergence; based on the novel of the same name and starring James McAvoy and Alicia Vikander, while, Rachele gives us the run down on Living Universe, a documentary exploring the question: are we alone in the universe?
With Lewis away in Disney Land, Cecilia and Rachele pack their bags to take a trip of their own... to Tangent City but don't worry they talk all things film and TV-related including, a move to add a "Best Popular Film Category" to the Oscars. Rachele congratulates Luna Leederville on having won the Australian International Movie Convention's Best Metro Independent Cinema Award and gives us a rundown on all the special events being hosted at Luna. The team also talk Living Universe, a Netflix film called Calibre, Orange is the New Black, On Chesil Beach, and The Girl in the Spiders Web.

Ada, Rachele and Lewis are joined by Bryce, who is auditioning as Cecilia’s understudy since she's off sick this week. The team talk Ant Man and The Wasp, Mary Shelley, the Revelation Film Festival and Hotel Transylvania 3. Oh and a free lesson on cinema etiquette from the scary man.

Lewis shares his take on Upgrade, Cecilia talks about the comedy, Tag and find out how many hamburgers Ada gave The Leisure Seeker. It all wraps up with Disobedience.
With the Revelation Film Festival coming up in July, Ada, Cecilia, Rachele and Lewis talk about the Rev Fest guide before getting through reviews on Kodachrome, Ocean's 8, Upgrade and Hereditary. There's also Van Gogh: Of Wheat Fields and Clouded Skies and a little about 13 Reasons. Their scoring game was strong (read: creative) this week.
It's a slow week for movie releases, but that hasn't stopped Rachele, Cecilia and Lewis talking about Solo: A Star Wars Story, the Gringo trailer and Netflix. This bus was doomed to be an Express to Tangent City.
Rachele puts her two cents in with Deadpool 2, shares her Solo experience and talk about Lost in Paris, while Lewis and Cecilia discuss The Bookshop. And Lewis wraps up the show with getting excited about the Melbourne sporting ground being renamed Marvel Stadium in September 2018.
